ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Registration

• Name of the candidate seeking admission in the school is registered in the school office.
• The form duly filled in, should be returned to the school office along with one stamp-size photograph and other documents before the last date, as decided by the management.
• The intimation of the date and timings for the lottery of candidates names & interviews will be given to the applicants from the school office desk.
• For classes nursery to I admission are done on the basis of lottery system.
• Applicants found suitable for admission will be intimated for the completion of admission formalities after depositing the required fees along with the necessary and relevant documents.
• The form issued by the school is non transferable & should be used in its original form.

BUS RULES

• Subject to availability of seats, students may avail bus facility as per existing rules and fares.
• Bus fees will have to be remitted along with the tuition fees.
• The school does not entertain any change in the bus route to suit the individuals convenience.
• Bus will not wait for the late comers.
• Bus facility will be charged for the whole academic session.

SCHOOL RULES FOR STUDENT

• The students are supposed to reach the school 5 minutes before the school starts. Attendance will be taken before the assembly.
• The students should converse in English only in the school premises.
• Students should maintain discipline and observe good manners.
• Every child should take proper care of the school property. Damage done even by accident should be reported at once to the class teacher/principal & damage cost will be realized by the student.
• Expensive things are not allowed to be brought in the school.
• Every student should take care of the private property. Money should not be lent or borrowed. The school is not responsible for the goods lost.
• Students suffering from any contagious disease will not be allowed to continue classes until he/she recoves from it and submits the medical certificate from a doctor.
• Bicycle must be properly locked and kept in the cycle stand. School will not be responsible for the vehicle/bicycle kept outside the school premises.
• Students should actively participate in various activities, festivals and functions.
• Every student should carry his/her school diary to school every day.
• The warning bell before a class or assembly is a signal for all to go to the assembly or to their respective class-rooms. This should be done in silence. Changing of class rooms during periods should be done in silence and in an orderly manner.
• Students should be very neatly dressed. The school uniform should be worn on all working days. No relaxation is acceptable in this regards. General turnout of student will be checked during assembly or at any time during their stay in the school by the staff or by the student prefects and defaulters will be punished.
• Shouting, whistling and running in corridors are strictly prohibited.
• The students should bring tiffin, napkin and handkerchief daily (in lower classes).
• Students will not be permitted to leave the school during the school hours.
• If student lost his/her ID card, there is 100 Rs. fine/pay for reissuing and on application from his/her parent.
• The school reserves right to terminate the schooling of students for unsatisfactory progress in studies or whose conduct is bad percept for others.
• Taking leave during working days is strongly discouraged. Parents are responsible to make up for the loss of the studies in case of leave taken.
• If student turn up late to the school, they will went back to home.
• Partying in the class is prohibited and sharp object like blade, scissors needle are also prohibited.
• Every student will go home only by school transport/authorized transport or with the authorized escort of their own. Regarding authorization of escort parents are requested to submit a written authorization letter. The school should be informed immediately in writing about the change of authorized escort.
• School does not allow casual dress or dirty dress. In case of emergency parents should submit application written request.
• Valuable articles like gold/diamond/electronics gadgets are not permitted inside the school premises. If found the article will be confiscated and will return only to his/her parent.

TO THE PARENTS

• Admission of your children in the school is not the end of your responsibilities towards your children.
• Your children are at the school for about six hour only on school days. You must see what they do during the remaining hours of the day and during the holidays.
• You must closely watch that your children come to the school daily, study at least for three hours at home daily and keep good company.
• See that your children keep all the books, copies, pencil, pen, etc in their bags.
• Avoid giving too much pocket money to your children.
• Do not detain your children at home for petty reasons. A school day lost is lost forever.
• Address all your requests, complaints or suggestions to the principal.
• Success of your children in examinations depends on the combined efforts of the parents and the teachers.
• Without your co-operation we cant assure your childrens educational and personality development.
• We welcome your healthy and positive suggestions with great pleasure.
• When your child leave the bus on the bus stop then safety of your children will be your responsibility.
• Parents are requested to respond readily when they are asked to call on the school authorities meeting hours 10.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.
• Parents are requested to pay the fees regularly and to keep the fee receipt till the end of the academic year.
• Parents are requested to sign the progress reports, teachers remark in the school diary and return them within the prescribed time.
